Hometown Signature Service

24 Hour Access to Help

The EAP department office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Clients contacting the EAP during off hours and weekends are assisted by our internal answering service. Anyone needing immediate attention will be directed to help.

Short-Term Counseling

Employees and eligible family members are able to receive counseling sessions. These sessions provide ongoing evaluation and assistance for issues such as marital/relationship, grief/loss, alcohol/drug abuse, work related problems, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Referrals to Specialists

If it is determined that a client will be best served by a specialist outside of the EAP, a referral will be made. We are familiar with area treatment providers and will assist clients with the referral process.

Case Management

When a client is referred outside of the EAP, we will follow-up with the client and the treatment provider at regular intervals. This assures quality and appropriateness of care for ongoing service.

Workplace Crisis

In the event of a workplace accident or tragedy, on-site counseling is provided. Typically a group session is conducted, followed with individual sessions.

Educational/Wellness

As an added benefit, we offer Educational/Wellness sessions. These sessions typically last for 30 to 60 minutes. Topics include stress management, burnout, coping with change, living in a time of uncertainty, dealing with difficulty people, effective parenting, etc.
