Washington EAP Services has supported employers and their employees for the past 25 years. Our service history includes employers from health care, finance and eldercare, to education, government, and manufacturing. Assistance is provided through individual and group counseling, consultation, education, and caring.

Washington EAP Services is committed to steady growth while retaining our core values of personalized service. To us excellence equals responsiveness. Our motto is simple: "When you call, we will come".

Being responsive requires a constant commitment to service improvement. Recently we added comprehensive Work/Life services to support employees with issues like eldercare, childcare, finance, health/wellness, legal concerns, etc.

Not only does our talented team provide traditional EAP services such as supervisor trainings, employee awareness, stress management, and workplace substance abuse, but we also offer excellent employee training sessions such as employee engagement, workplace ethics, coping with change, and living life as a golfer. Each session is individually crafted to suit the needs of your workplace.

Taking into consideration the financial realities that employers face, Washington EAP Services would never want cost to be the reason that an employer cannot offer a quality EAP.

Here at Washington EAP Services we are known for, and committed to, providing personalized service; "When you call, we will come".
